As an accredited KNX test laboratory, the performance of software tests on KNX devices is tested and qualified for approval here at the Regensburg site. The test lab works manufacturer-independent, meaning that any other manufacturer can have their KNX devices tested here. Of course, TAPKO also tests its own developments in order to ensure, as an OEM manufacturer or supplier, that the typical KNX cross-manufacturer compatibility of the most diverse applications and products is guaranteed. This is achieved not least by the sophisticated certification system of the KNX Association. All devices bearing the KNX logo have to be tested for compatibility by an accredited KNX test laboratory.
