TAPKO KNX developments with in-house prototyping

At TAPKO Technologies, 3D printing has a high priority in various processes.

The TAPKO development team uses the modern printing process to test new housing designs and housing technology. For example, images can be produced for testers in various development stages up to the TestLab. Development times are thus streamlined.

The entire technology chain from early development to manufacturing benefits from the new and relatively fast "mold and tooling" via 3D prototyping. Molds and especially product housings can be quickly individualized and tested before mass production is initiated.

Klaus Adler, Managing Director of TAPKO Technologies GmbH notes, "Whether technical receptacles, i.e. tools, are now available more quickly for testing or initial prototypes for customer presentations as well as in-house developments are now feasible in-house, our what we call KNX-Print has quickly established itself in the company."

Technical components, measuring equipment, mechanical prototypes, Laboratory tools and prototypes for KNX devices are just a few applications at TAPKO, a technology company. TAPKO is the manufacturer of manufacturers! OEM devices for the worldwide KNX market are developed here in Regensburg and also produced in Europe. More about TAPKO the KNX experts.
